Shipping Please read this carefully before purchasing any Large Televisions ranging from 48 inches to 79 inches.
All Televisions over 48 inches will ship via specialty freight carrier. An appointment will be made by the carrier 24 hours before final delivery. Therefore, you must provide a phone number. The specialty freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window Monday - Friday between 9am - 5 pm. An adult must be on hand to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. The driver will deliver the item inside the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or apartment building.
Policies
If you do need to return your item, please contact us via phone or email (you will receive an email when you product ships with additional details - Subject: Important information about your purchase from Secondipity). You will then be provided with a return shipping label and packing slip. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and return the item within 5 business days of the date you request a return. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return, or your return will be canceled. Once we receive your order we will inspect the return. Please allow up to 5 business days of receiving the returned item for your refund.
